Arrived in the evening and tried to enter MOXY to check in, but all the lights were off and I couldn't find the door. After looking for a while, I found a printed piece of paper on the door saying that the hotel had a problem and asked me to go to the hotel next door. I was very upset because they didn't give me separate notice in advance, and when I went to AC Hotel, they helped me check in saying that it was an upgraded hotel, but I wasn't very satisfied. AC Hotel's gym was also not operating due to problems, and overall, it seemed like the service needed improvement.
